Honey Roasted Peanut Popcorn
Serving up Honey Roasted Peanut Popcorn is simple with Gold Medal’s concession equipment and supplies. With just a few ingredients you can offer this sweet and unique treat.
Ingredients
- 5 gallons of popped popcorn in yellow coconut oil
- 1 package of #2094 Caramel Corn Treat Concentrate Mix
- 4 ounces of yellow coconut oil #2652
- 4 cups of Brown Sugar
- 12 ounces of water
- 1 pound of butter
- 1 bottle of Free N Easy #2250QT
- 1 ½ Cups of Frosted Peanuts- made in the Pralinator
Directions
- Take lid off Caramel Corn Cooker
- Turn on heat/motor switch on
- Add the following directly to the cooker mixer
- 4 ounces of yellow coconut oil
- 1 package of Caramel Corn Treat Concentrate Mix #2094
- 4 cups of Brown Sugar
- 12 ounces of water
- Place the lid back on the cooker mixer
- Set the timer for 10 minutes
- When buzzer sounds, add the butter and replace lid onto cooker
- When the buzzer sounds again, turn the Heat/Motor Switch Off
- Turn motor switch ON
- Take lid off Caramel Cooker
- Add 5 gallons of popcorn to the Caramel corn cooker
- Tilt Cooker to 2nd position (tumble position) to let popcorn mix
- Spray 10 squirts of #2250Qt
- Let popcorn mix for 1 minute inside Caramel corn cooker
- Add 1 ½ cups of Frosted Peanuts for 2 turns of the paddle
- Dump popcorn into cooling tray
- Cool popcorn for 10 minutes by stirring popcorn constantly
- Bag or store Popcorn
