S’mores Popcorn

S’mores Popcorn
Pop up everyone’s favorite dessert flavor with S’mores Popcorn. With just a few ingredients you can offer this decadent treat.
Ingredients
- 5 gallons of popped popcorn
- 10 oz. water
- 4 oz. oil
- 1 package of #2094 Concentrated Caramel Corn Mix
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Cups White Sugar
- ½ box graham crackers (broken lengthwise in ½)
- 14 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz. mini marshmallows
Directions
- Take lid off Mark 5 cooker mixer
- Add the following directly to the cooker mixer
- 1 package of #2094 Caramel Corn Treat Concentrate Mix
- 10 oz. Water
- 2 Cups White Sugar
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 4 oz. of oil
- Turn on heat/motor switch on
- Place the lid back on the cooker mixer
- When you see steam coming out of the lid (approx. 8 minutes into cooking process), remove the lid
- When buzzer sounds, letting you know the mix is up to temperature, turn heat/motor switch OFF
- Turn motor switch ON
- Add the 5 gallons of popped popcorn to the cooker mixer
- Add the graham crackers to the cooker mixer
- Tilt Cooker to 2nd position (tumble position) to let popcorn mix
- Spray 10 squirts of #2250Qt Free ‘N Easy into the kettle (this will help the corn from sticking to itself)
- Let popcorn mix for 1 minute inside cooker mixer, or until completed coated
- Right before you dump the popcorn add the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows
- Allow paddles to complete 2 turns and then dump the popcorn into cooling tray
- Cool popcorn by separating it out to form clusters
- Allow to cool completely then bag or store popcorn
