Spicy Aztec Chocolate Fudge
The secret to this craveable treat is #2482 Ghost Pepper Flavacol! This spicy rich fudge will have your customers coming back for more!
Ingredients
- 1 bag #2715 Sweet Selections® Chocolate Fudge Mix
- 12oz. water
- 4 sticks butter (1 lb.)
- 1 tsp –1 Tbsp #2482 Ghost Pepper Flavacol®
- 1/2 cup #2480 Churro Seasoning
Directions
- Turn on the fudge cooker.
- Add 4 sticks of butter and 12oz. of water and let stir until butter is melted.
- Slowly add one 7 lb. bag of #2715 Sweet Selections® Chocolate Fudge Mix.
- Add 1/2 cup #2480 Churro Seasoning and 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp #2482 Ghost Pepper Flavacol® depending on the heat level desired.
- If mix is too dry, add more water, an ounce at a time. Let stir until the mix is smooth and shiny, about 160˚F.
- Pour the batch into a 13x9x2 parchment-lined pan.
- While fudge is still warm sprinkle the additional Tbsp of #2480 Churro Seasoning on top.
- Let it set up and cool for 8 hours or overnight. Slice and serve.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
