Spicy Mango Popcorn

The sweet and spicy kick of Spicy Mango popcorn is the fresh new taste your customers didn’t know they were looking for.

Ingredients

  • 5 gallons Monster Mushroom Popcorn® popped in white coconut oil
  • 1 bag #2696 Mango Corn Treat Mix
  • 4oz. white coconut oil
  • 10oz. water
  • 4 cups white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp #2482 Ghost Pepper Flavacol®

Directions

  • Add #2696, water, oil, and sugar to the cooker mixer.
  • Turn on heat/motor switch.
  • Mix and cook to 250˚F.
  • Add Ghost Pepper Flavacol®.
  • Continue cooking/mixing to 275˚F.
  • Add 5 gallons of popped corn and mix well, spraying with Free-N-Easy while it mixes.
  • Dump and separate with scoops.
