Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Birthday Cake Flossugar #3723
- 1 1/4 tsp Hawaii’s Finest® Vanilla Flavor Concentrate #1370
- Hot water
- Powdered Hot Chocolate Mix #7037
Directions
- Add Flossugar and Flavor Concentrate to container
- Fill to 1 1/2 cups with hot water to make a syrup
- Prepare hot chocolate according to package directions
- Add 1 part syrup to 4 parts hot chocolate to serve
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles as desired
